Summary The Sr Director GPM&L is accountable for delivering an integrated drug development strategy and tactical plan including options analysis of team's proposals in partnership with a Global Team leader for high complexity projects/programs. Works effectively across organizational lines to ensure delivery of projects within cost, time and quality requirements. As a leader in GPM&L this position is also responsible for developing PM talent and may also manage a team of PMs. This position may be assigned to provide leadership to a therapeutic area (TA) or significant business collaboration and ensure effective PM resourcing to projects within the portfolio. As a member of the GMP&L leadership team this position is also responsible for developing and executing departmental objectives as well as supporting the global R&D organization in identifying organizational process gaps, developing and implementing solutions to help improve or optimize organizational efficiency and decision making.
