Job Title

Sr Engineer - M365

The Role

We are seeking an experienced M365 engineer with a focus on Collaboration & Productivity workloads. You enjoy interacting with the Business focusing on usability and want to drive the Digital Workplace transformation journey. You will work with global implementation and adaptation of best practice solutions in Microsoft 365 as well as lead or advise projects to develop related solutions. You will be reporting to the Digital Workplace Director and work in a global team with colleagues in Denmark and Netherlands supported by a Managed Service provider in India.

Responsibilities

  • Global implementation and adoption of best practice solutions in Microsoft 365 through change management, training and end-user communications, specifically within Collaboration and Productivity, i.e. SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva Suite and M365 Copilot.
  • Lead or advisor on projects to develop related solutions such as Intranet, Document Management systems and other relevant tools and applications.
  • Governance, Compliance and Development of the Microsoft 365 portfolio. This includes lifecycle product management, governance of integrations towards the platform and keeping track of backlogs.
  • Build and promote business relationships as you work closely with business and IT across the entire organization to understand their needs and help adopt best practices.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to improve digital experiences for employees together with our User Experience team.
  • Implement security measures to protect collaboration platforms. Ensure compliance with data retention policies and legal requirements.
  • Support +200 Microsoft Teams Rooms globally.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience of the Microsoft M365 technology stack with proven skills in managing the platform.
  • A bachelor's degree within Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent,
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell,
  • Good knowledge in SharePoint Online.
  • Good experience in working both with agile methodology and ITIL.
  • A Hands-on technologist with advisory skills and an eye for business value creation.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge with team members.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

This person will be based out of Princeton, NJ and will be onsite 60% of the time.

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$114,375.00---$190,625.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
