Job Summary: The Associate Director, Global AD Project Management is responsible for facilitating the operational aspects of the lecanemab global launch plan, provide project management, and serve as liaison between project team, regions and line management. This position reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and helps drive resolutions to meet agreed deliverables, timelines and objectives.The position also develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, regions and other stakeholders. This position will work across all functions in the Global Alzheimer's Disease office to ensure accountability and alignment, leveraging leadership capabilities and will manage complex work streams in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
