About the Department The Clinical, Medical and Regulatory (CMR) department at Novo Nordisk is one of the most diverse and collaborative groups within the organization. The Position Oversee the development and deployment of training framework for employees transitioning to CMR from strategic acquisitions. Develop and oversee implementation of the CMR Training Strategy that addresses current requirements and evolving needs. Work with asset integration teams to ensure transfer of knowledge from acquired resources to CMR stakeholders. Liaise with global and HQ counterparts to promote quality and consistency across regions. Lead the design and implementation of a structured and comprehensive onboarding experience to maximize engagement and talent retention. Relationships Reports to Director or above within CMR Training & Knowledge Management. Collaborates with global and CMR leaders and stakeholders to develop, design, and evolve a comprehensive onboarding and training strategy for resources transitioning to NAO/CMR from strategic acquisitions. Develops and maintains excellent working relationship with functional leaders within CMR to maximize consistency, quality, and customer service. Essential Functions
Physical Requirements 10-20% overnight travel required; May be required to work company holidays and weekends. Qualifications
