The Position Support the Global Security Operations department in development and execution of departmental strategic and operational plans and processes to support the current and future cyber security objectives within of the company. Assist with strategic processes in Global Information Security from an operational perspective ensuring timeliness and appropriate alignment with relevant functions in Global Information Security (GIS). Coordinate continuous improvement activities to ensure GSO functions are set up to think big/be bold, cut complexity and being agile in order to better meet the company objectives. Develop and lead departmental communication strategy and ensure execution of communications through all relevant channels, to provide insight and understanding of GSO activities and strategic objectives. Support the continued development of departmental performance measures and metrics aligned to GIS strategies. Assist with data collection and support strategies to ensure appropriate data is available to inform decision making by CDOR leadership about current and future departmental direction. Assist with project management for critical projects in GSO. Provide support to Head of GSO as needed and act as an ambassador for the department. Relationships This position reports to the VP/Head of Global Security Operations. Additional key internal relationships include other GSO managers in USA, Denmark and India as well as the Novo Nordisk CISO, GIS Management Team and support staff. External relationships include multiple vendors, consultants and partners. Essential Functions
