The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Change Management Expert to join our Finance SAP Center Of Excellence (CoE). This role involves working closely with SAP Business Champions and end-users to ensure smooth transitions, effective user adoption, and optimal utilization of the SAP platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, change management principles, and a passion for enhancing user experience and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of SAP solutions, that optimize end-to-end processes, and leverage best practices to support Genmab's strategic objectives. This person will be based out of Princeton, NJ and will be onsite 60% of the time. Responsabilities

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows: $91,875.00---$153,125.00 The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
