This position can be based out of our Plainsboro, NJ or Lexington, MA location and follows all NNI guidance for remote/in office dedicated time. EST time-zone hours. The Position The Associate Director - Total Rewards Project Management NA will lead Total Rewards projects related to mergers & acquisitions (M&A), business development projects, legal entity changes, and harmonization activity for Total Rewards programs and processes. Relationships Reports to VP - Total Rewards North America. Partners across all areas of Total Rewards including global equity and mobility. Major stakeholders include P&O management team, Finance, and Corporate Business Development. Essential Functions
