About the Department The Cardiometabolic Marketing Team leads the US marketing efforts for Novo Nordisk's robust cardiometabolic product portfolio, which includes world class therapies for the treatment of diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and other serious chronic diseases. As part of the team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of our portfolio vision, business strategies, and tactical plans that drive our business forward. You will help to drive the NNI portfolio and Brand strategies to ensure the products reach the people who need them most. The Position As the Manager, Content Operations, you will support Novo Nordisk's strong commitment to its Omni-channel Customers (Patients, HCP, and Managed Markets), by managing and driving digital experience builds for AEM-based applications and websites, ensuring operational viability of the product, and anticipating future business needs. The Manager will be responsible for providing content feasibility insights to support NNI's supply chain for digital content management, understanding current and future requirements, and matching them with optimal solution options. Through this role, the Manager will lead definition of business requirements and technical implementation plans in collaboration with cross functional partners and key stakeholders. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for supporting our Adobe stack in terms of component requirements gathering, driving functional and UAT testing, and ownership of the AEM Functional Specs Library. The Manager will create user stories and acceptance criteria for tech builds, and collaborate with UX and Technical architects to develop best in class design systems for digital engagement channels- including, websites, email, IVA (sales Interactive Visual Aids), display, mobile and social media, etc. Relationships Reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Content Delivery; Provides direct support to the Digital Marketing team, HCP/Patient Brand Leads, and Sales. The position interacts with multiple NNI internal functions such as Brand Managers, Omnichannel teams, IT, Regulatory and Commercial Insights & Analytic, as well as external operational vendors and agencies.
