8am - 5pm w/ 1 hour lunch; Mon - Fri Document Management (controlled documents, batch packet documents): Receive completed paper GMP documentation records and log into electronic tracking system. Once logged, appropriately file paper records in the Documentation Center. Box up records for archiving and record archiving details into tracking system. Logbook Management: Prepare logbook pages and create bound logbooks. Issue new logbook, receive and log returned, completed logbooks. At least 2 years of relevant experience (document management - receipt/inventory, filing, archiving) Minimum of High School diploma or GED | |
