Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p. 20 to 40 hours a week. At least two days working from the office and remainder from home.

Experience candidates must have to be considered for the role, min of 2 years experience in each of the following:
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and new product launch coordination
• Experience with supporting promotional development and review
• Tactical plan development/execution
• Manages the promotional approval process of materials via established promotional review committee
• Manages marketing assets database and ensures all materials are approved and available
• Leads SOW & PO process by working with external partners, legal & procurement

POSITION SUMMARY
*** has made a commitment to be a leader in biosimilars. The position is critical in helping to build ***'s biosimilar franchise and preparing the market for one of the largest biosimilars pipelines in the industry. The position is responsible for the evaluation of market conditions, identification of issues and opportunities within the biosimilar category to help develop campaigns which target Health Care Providers (HCPs), payers, specialty pharmacies (SPs), and other stakeholders. The Marketing Manager works with internal *** colleagues, sales coworkers and agency partners to increase biosimilarity & brand knowledge.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.

• Assist in tactical development for near-term launch and pipeline brands; plan for and develop HCP tactics including personal and non-personal promotion (NPP) to drive brand/portfolio performance while optimizing budget requirements (i.e. tactical plan development/execution)
• Manages the promotional approval process of materials via established promotional review committee
• Support branded campaign execution
• Develops tactics aligned with predefined strategies and establishes timelines and budgets with minimal oversight
• Leads management of Conventions, PR and Advocacy for biosimilars resulting in on time deliverables, within budget, and insights that can be acted on
• Works with agency partners to create, develop and implement tactical plans and drives strategy and direction of the biosimilar brands
• Manages marketing assets database and ensures all materials are approved and available
• Leads SOW & PO process by working with external partners, legal & procurement
• Tracks budget spend per month for projects/tactics that are leading
• Align organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years of pharmaceutical experience
• 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience or equivalent
Required Experience:
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Experience with leading promotional development and review
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
• Strong pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic area business acumen.
• Able to draw insights from variety of sources, understands market and competition. Compiles relevant data from appropriate sources and performs analysis for the department. Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationship.
• Ability to meet objectives and deadlines, promote efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporate improvements and program return on investment (ROI).
• Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinated projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required.
• Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Occasional:
• Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.
Visual Acuity:
• Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
• The majority of work will be conducted in the Home Office environment (North New Jersey).
