Job Title: Returns Analyst Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of reverse logistics projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or workflows. Key duties/responsibilities of Project coordinator: Handles day-to-day activities surrounding reverse logistics, dedicated mainly to managing returns and adjustments. Provides premium service and support to customers, as defined by individual or unique customer needs. This position is also responsible for complying with all applicable SOX and internal controls and maintaining all relevant department KPIs. The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering on service levels for adjustments and returns and delivering the highest level of service to customers. The majority of returns and adjustments are processed manually for the time being, until systematic upgrades are finalized. Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Customer Service and/or Reverse Logistics. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent working experience. | |
