Essential Functions

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

Support AV
  • Setting up, installing, operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment. coordinating graphics used in displays, and providing technical support for teleconferences, webinars, and distance-learning classes.
  • Technicians may also edit digital media, track inventory of equipment, and order supplies.

Tech Support Computers:
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and software. configuring AV networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support.

Support IOS:
  • Analyzing data from iOS devices, such as iPhones and iPads, to gain insights into user behavior, app performance, and device usage.
  • Analyzing the performance of the iOS operating system stability, speed, and resource usage. App development, optimize apps, improve device performance, and make data-driven decisions on configuration.

MDM for iOS
  • They ensure that mobile devices are properly configured, secured, and updated with the latest software and security patches. They also provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and manage the inventory of mobile devices.
  • MDM Technicians work with MDM software to remotely manage and secure mobile devices, enforce policies, and monitor usage.

Apple Develop Page Tech for iOS Apps:
  • Testing and distributing apps, including access to beta software, advanced app capabilities, and tools for developing, testing and distributing apps.
  • Responsible for creating and submitting apps to the App Store, adhering to the program's guidelines and requirements.
