The Role:

Join our dynamic global IT QA team at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies.

As the Associate Director of IT Quality Assurance, you'll lead our efforts in ensuring the regulatory compliance and operational excellence of our computerized systems adopting emerging technologies, Artificial intelligence (AI), and similar. This role is pivotal in managing system validations, enhancing IT processes, and upholding data integrity in accordance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership in Quality Assurance: Spearhead QA processes for AI and other emerging technologies, ensuring adherence to both internal standards and external regulations.
  • System Validation Oversight: Quality oversight of all aspects of system validation, including updates and migrations, ensuring seamless integration across our development platforms.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek and implement improvements in our IT system lifecycle and validation procedures, ensuring a risk-based approach to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Coordinate closely with various teams to align validation activities with corporate policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Standardization: Develop and refine SOPs and validation framework to standardize practices across the organization.
  • Vendor and Infrastructure Management: Support the qualification of new vendors and oversee infrastructure projects to ensure robust and secure IT environments.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving forward-thinking solutions and practices.

Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree, MS in Natural Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-8 years in IT Quality Assurance within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in the implementation and validation of IT systems, including cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, with stellar written and verbal communication abilities.

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$138,750.00---$231,250.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
