It is a strategic priority for Data Science to foster and develop partnerships with CROs in alignment with our organizational needs and aspirations. The Associate Director, Outsourcing Operations will serve as the key interface with our CRO partners to ensure success of the outsourced data science portfolio through implementation of governance, oversight, and operational principals. Relationships The Associate Director, Outsourcing Operations reports to Director, Data Science outsourcing. They are expected to develop and maintain close communication with: All areas, primarily in Clinical Drug Development, DRD, CMO, Regulatory and Safety, Research and Early Development, Legal, Corporate Communication, Novo Nordisk Management teams. The position does not have direct reports. Essential Functions As an Associate Director, Data Science Outsourcing Operations, you will have the opportunity to:
Physical Requirements Approximately 15% overnight international travel. Qualifications
The base compensation range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance. Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation depending on the position's level or other company factors.
