Our Company's Oncology Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Our Company and the alliance company entered into a strategic oncology collaboration to co-develop and co-commercialize the prescription medicine, which is currently indicated in metastatic ovarian cancer, early and metastatic breast cancers, metastatic prostate cancer, and metastatic pancreatic cancer.-

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director of U.S. Oncology Marketing.- This position will focus on HCP marketing and execution for the prescription medicine Prostate Cancer indications.- Activities require close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams at both our Company and the alliance company.- This position reports to the U.S. Marketing Leader and has the opportunity to demonstrate leadership in many different areas, including strategic planning, scientific and market data analysis, as well as cross-functional leadership and collaboration.

Key job tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Evolve portfolio strategy and strategic choices as internal/external factors change
  • Continuously identify and assess innovative approaches to HCP marketing and make recommendations to optimize
  • Work with Insights and Analytics team to answer business questions, address information gaps and provide performance monitoring.--
  • Work closely with digital engagement colleagues and the ADT PO to pull through brand strategy in Omnichannel marketing plan development, emphasizing digital innovation and execution, and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Guide Field readiness and execution planning for all relevant customer-facing teams in pre/post launch.
  • Partner with other alliance team members and other key stakeholders to prioritize work and facilitate internal resource trade-offs as needed, e.g. budget, PRT review time
  • Escalate issues that represent significant barriers to execution and/or business impact
  • Think innovatively, test status quo, and gain sponsorship/ promote to address gaps
  • Budget management and expense tracking

Position Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, marketing communications or marketing support of pharmaceutical/biotech products
  • Strong marketing skills including developing marketing strategies, executing tactics, performance tracking, motivated planning and accountability for product growth
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize key insights to drive business
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities
  • Focused mindset on customer knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management/negotiation, relationship building, and ability to influence within and across organizations.
  • Strong problem solving, teamwork, project management and written/ verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams and multiple agency partners
  • Requires up to 10% travel, including some weekends

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • 3+ years of Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing
  • Oncology marketing knowledge
  • Prostate knowledge
  • Test-and-learn mindset to drive a culture of innovation

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected salary range:
$149,400.00 - $235,100.00
