We are seeking an experienced, energetic, forward-thinking Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to serve as the Product Manager for our Company's Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) product under Identity Access Management Product line.-Reporting to the IAM Product Line Lead, you will lead efforts across multiple squads delivering key access management services such as single sign-on (SSO), multifactor authentication and web access management focused on external users / identities.- You will also collaborate extensively with other technical and business teams to identify, develop, and provide enhancements which support the complex security, collaboration, and productivity needs of a global organization.

The role requires a technically strong individual who is resourceful and highly self-motivated. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience working in the IAM field in a large, global enterprise environment and possess broad experience working with numerous technologies like PingOne, DaVinci, SSO, MFA etc.- Additionally, the candidate will have strong communication skills that allows them to successfully work with stakeholders in diverse roles ranging from IT infrastructure to individual end-users.

Primary Tasks
  • Partner with the IAM Product Manager and business stakeholders in understanding, prioritizing,-and developing strategically aligned solutions which drive maximum business value.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all technical matters within the assigned product.
  • Own product technology solutions from concept to retirement, with a focus on providing value and reducing total cost of ownership.-
  • Hands-on development working closely with other SMEs and ability to coordinate and work with teams in Prague, Singapore, and India
  • Collaborate with and guide the-technical-engineers-assigned to multiple squads within the product area.
  • Deliver forward looking technology solutions by proactively tracking technology trends, vendor marketplace,-and upcoming business needs.
  • Manage the technology roadmap and convey related IT strategy and governance.
  • Contribute to developing-accurate and realistic project plans, resource estimates,-and timelines in alignment with prioritized business requirements.
  • Ensure all systems are designed, built, and operated in manner compliant with our Company's SDLC and promote the effective use of IT standards and tools.
  • Ability to work-efficiently in a matrixed environment with geographically dispersed teams including company staff, contractors, and vendors.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading-an engineering team-with a history of delivering value in an agile fashion.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with enterprise IAM solutions in the area of authentication and authorization (e.g. PingFederate, PingAccess and various multifactor authentication products).
  • Minimum of years of experience working with PingOne Advance service and DaVinci orchestration tool.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively communicate technical ideas in business- and user-friendly language.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities and a track record of making a difference and adding value.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous work designing / implementing adaptive risk authentication solutions (e.g. Ping Risk, Azure Identity Protection with Conditional Access Policies, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Applications).
  • Ha nds-on experience with AWS IAM and AWS IAM related services (e.g. AWS Cognito, AWS Identity Center), Passwordless authentication (e.g. FIDO2 at the desktop) or other biometric authentication solutions-
  • Authentication enhancements to support zero-trust and SASE adoption-

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected salary range:
$135,500.00 - $213,400.00
