The Williams Lab is working to understand how lncRNAs contribute to immune cell development and function. We have developed multiple lncRNA knockout models that need to be phenotyped at the cellular and molecular level. We have also developed unique methodologies for targeting lncRNA genes that need to be validated in vivo. For more information, visit The Williams Lab online.

Key Responsibilities:

Phenotyping of lncRNA knockout mice using in vitro and in vivo models.

Determine molecular mechanisms for lncRNA function

Present research at conferences

Write manuscripts and contribute to grant writing
