Description
The Oncology - Associate Director will play an essential role in the development and support of Sandoz Biopharm's Managed Markets operations. The AD - Oncology will be responsible for representing Sandoz as a leader in the Oncology community and other assigned healthcare marketplaces appropriate to the Sandoz product portfolio, while implementing strategic initiatives with selected complex accounts, and meeting and exceeding objectives. Represents Sandoz to a sophisticated audience that includes business customers (e.g., Pharmacy Directors, Practice/Business Managers) as well as customers responsible for patient care (e.g., Medical Directors, Oncology / Hematology HCPs, Oncology Nurse, Clinical Pharmacists, etc.) in decentralized systems that include 340B and 340B/Prime Vendor Program customers
This is a Remote positionEducation:
• A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in business, marketing or relevant sciences related area

Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years pharmaceutical account management and/or sales experience, 4 of which must be in Oncology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Institutional or Specialty Account Management is required
• Oncology, experience strongly preferred
• Buy and Bill pull through experience required
• Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated record of success in community Oncology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Institutional or Specialty Account Management.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, possess a high degree of technical expertise, have exceptional account management- skills, and must be familiar with the Oncology community
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, ability to balance short and long-term goals
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required
• Personal integrity, teamwork abilities, collaboration skills and a customer focus are necessary
• Must be able to organize and prioritize
• Computer literacy is required
• This position will cover the following geography: Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and likely the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, MN
• The ideal candidate will live in the suburban St. Louis or Chicago area
