Description
Position Purpose
This role has responsibility for supporting operational excellence within TCO. Acting as primary point of contact for ensuring business continuity for TCO with regards to timely and accurate data curation across a diverse group of Novartis users including TCO ClinOps and TCO GPMs The role will actively contribute to project management, process design, implementation and continual service improvement. The role brings technical expertise across the applicable clinical systems

Major Accountabilities
•Produce analytic deliverables, including reports for data quality and completeness where TCO is the owner of data for the Systems of Record for key data
•Assist in managing the quality and compliance of Horizon, Aspirin, and applicable clin ops systems through use of reports/tools including CREDI, SharePoint, Origin, spotfire, and dashboards.
•Act as central support for workbench and Horizon Super users
•Act as NIBR Time Card Coordinator lead
•Assist with the smooth operation of the TCO clinical operations group
•Harvest and collate lessons learned and present to TCO LT
•Identify opportunities to expand Operational Excellence offerings and develop / improve service offerings to customers
•Support the collection and analysis of internal and external surveys relate to Investigator sites.
•Perform project management, PMO and other associated tasks, such as change management and communications, where needed.
•Build and manage key stakeholder relationships within the CTMS COE and TMo
Project related
•Active participation in system or any process related projects as assigned
•Provide customer and operational excellence by supporting assigned projects and initiatives
•Act as back-up for the TCO Clinical Operations SharePoint development and maintenance
•Proposes improvements in relation to process enhancements for the TCO clinical operations group
•Co-ordination with training manager and SME for system training to new Horizon and WorkBench users
•Co-ordination with training manager for trainings on newly implemented processesThe Ideal Candidate will have:
•Bachelor degree or equivalent education/degree in business, mgmt. information systems, or science/healthcare field is required.
•Preferred: Further education in Change management, Project management, Facilitation /Coaching
Fluent in English
1-5 years' experience supporting operational teams
•Experience in operational excellence, business analysis, process improvement and / or change management
•Demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and data driven mind-set.
•Knowledge of and experience within various aspects of system design lifecycle including requirements gathering/system specifications, system design & configuration, testing, training, and system administration
•Ability to collaborate with and motivate stakeholders of varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills
