Description
As an important member of the Patient and Specialty Services (PSS) Operations team, this individual's responsibility will include supporting the Patient Services Field teams (Field Case Managers and Reimbursement Managers) Leadership & Operational team in achieving key business objectives and growth targets through the management and coor-dination of business critical work streams and events. Key job duties include planning, coordinating and managing strategy and field team operations, including implementation and ongoing maintenance of initiatives from PSS, Brand, Sales and Training. Operates with a solutions' oriented mindset, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, executive presence, and proactively takes initiative to problem solve.

This role will include key direct responsibilities, including:
•Accountable for proactively monitoring business performance and execution (including field force key indicators); recommending business solutions and course correction tactics as needed to drive performance, develops reporting mechanisms and key indi-cators to clearly communicate Field Force performance utilizing strong analytical skills
•Work with PSS Data team to optimize and simplify reports
•Lead for analyzing and interpreting data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), brand initiatives and making recommendations to Director of Ops and Franchise field Heads on strategy and tactics necessary to meet expectations, improve performance, in-crease productivity, and identify issues/opportunities and solutions. This includes working closely on these initiatives with the PSS analytics team.
•Liaise and work with Brand and Field Leadership to design, implement and track field-driven innovation programs
•Support the operational effectiveness of PSS Field Leadership for the Franchise
•Creates and manages processes to streamline workflow, adapts to continuous chang-es, prioritizes tasks, and stays ahead of the planning process and employs project plan tracking to ensure projects stay on task and timelines are met.
•Assist in coordination & support of the field force in tactical execution and projects in-cluding: Brand Communications & Tactical roll out, training requirements and coordi-nation of National Sales Meetings including Launch Meetings and Business Review Meetings.
•This position will require long hours and ability to work under tight timelinesMinimum requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: English

Required Experience:
• 5+ years of commercial related experience
• Project management experience required, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, matrix environment
• PMP certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau
• Balance between strong customer facing skills/experience and analytical skills
• Travel: 25-50% based on quarter

Preferred Experience:
• Demonstrates strong competencies in analytics, operations, execution and project management
• Knowledge of internal organizational process and procedures
• Sales or Patient Services management/ leadership experience
• Positive attitude, resilience and adaptability
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of strategies, plans and tactics to achieve business objectives
• Excellent business/commercial acumen needed; demonstrates ability to self-start, initiate and to deal with ambiguities
• Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization
• Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions
• Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team structure; maintain strong cross-functional ties with key business partners
• Proven track record of developing and managing multiple tasks
