Description
•The Strategic Project Lead is primarily responsible for leading process improvement projects and programs within Global Technical Services in order to improve customer satisfaction through improved quality, on-time delivery and reduced cost.
•Improve the quality of products repaired and reprocessed by the Lake Forest Repair Shop through implementation of standard work
•Reduce the cost of repaired assemblies and reprocessed devices through efficiency improvements and waste elimination
•Increase capacity of Lake Forest Repair Shop
•Create a model for standard work, cost reduction and capacity improvements to duplicate at Global Repair Centers
•Improve fill rate of orders placed with the Valencia Warehouse through process improvements and create a model that can be duplicated at Global Affiliate Warehouses
•Creation and continuous improvement of 5S programs in the Lake Forest Repair Shop and Valencia Warehouse
•Assist Repair Shop, Warehouse and Planning Managers and Supervisors in creating effective procedures policies in order to create a culture of standard work and continuous improvement
