As a Senior Finance Business Partner in West Chester, OH, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives. 

Senior Finance Business Partner position available in West Chester, OH to support business functions by providing financial guidance and ensuring that all stakeholders within the business area receive the financial information they require to drive the business performance. Partner with Site Operations to achieve the financial, strategic and manufacturing excellence goals of the site. Provide value-added and insightful financial and business analysis to support operational initiatives as well as challenge key forecasting assumptions while identifying risks and opportunities to the business. Responsible for reporting, consolidating, and analyzing monthly site results and financial forecasts. Collaborate in the Operational Finance planning and implementation of projects. Work proactively with key Operations Stakeholders to understand future financial information needs and to produce efficient solutions to meet these needs, including Business Case Development, benefits tracking and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Negotiate and communicate effectively across teams and with external parties to achieve a positive outcome. Partner with site operations in developing an Annual Business Plan (ABU), Full Manufacturing Cost (FMC) and Quarterly Forecasts (RBU) as well as other ad hoc financial analysis for the site. Responsible for active involvement in the review and development of short-term and long-term strategies by developing robust financial forecasts and models to support the priorities of the business. Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, Finance Senior Business Analyst, Senior Cost Analyst, or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector with: Accounting principles; Cost accounting, including standard cost development along with bill of materials and routers; Inventory planning and control in ERP/SAP general ledger system; and ERP/SAP System modules including Finance and Cost controlling (FI-CO), Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). M-F, 40 hrs/wk. EOE.
