The incumbent will be responsible for providing business and consultative support as a key member of the U.S. Commercial Operations team in establishment and attainment of annual and long-term service revenue and sales and profit goals.|
Execute and manage U.S. Incentive Plans and Payments (20+ plans and 300+ reps) - Primary point of contact for Incentive Plan communication with Sales. - Effective support and communication to sales force and sales management. - Representation and other commissioned positions Provide effective support for all special projects - Development of expert support systems, Incentive Modeling & Forecasting methodology. - Conducts analysis on sales data to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives. - Assist with audit of the annual Sales Incentive Plans Provide general analytical support to the U.S. Commercial organization.
