Implements Human Resources policies as a generalist, partnering with business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development.

Major Accountabilities:
Senior Specialist (Consultant to Top Management):
• Develop advanced concepts, techniques, standards
• Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories
• Viewed as expert in field within the corporation
• Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness
• Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions
• Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives

Business Partner:
• Proactively establishes strong working relationship with indirect and direct client group as well as all HRBPs in the Global HR community
•Seeks to understand key business issues in the GDD function
• Performs a variety of business partnering capabilities within assigned accountabilities

Talent Management and Organization Development Specialist:
• Evaluates strategic business needs, creates and facilitates talent, culture, and change management interventions and/or development programs that deliver targeted results and sustainable business outcomes
• Strong consulting and coaching skills with trusted credibility in HR disciplines

Project Management:
• Supports key HR initiatives and projects locally; definition of project plans, scoping, staffing and budgeting; ensure that defined project milestones are met within plan and budget

HR Processes & Systems (HR Core/SAP HR):
• Leads or participates in HR projects aiming to improve local processes as well as in projects that tailor new global processes to specific needs
• Working knowledge of SAP, HR Core, Up4Growth, and general performance, talent and recruiting and systems
• Must have solid aware-ness of employee relations and how to identify, resolve, and mitigate conflict

Key Performance Indicators:
• Line feedback measuring effectiveness and impact
• Global HR KPI targets
• Demonstration of Values and Behaviors, relative to role model standards
• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or related field
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a senior generalist role inclusive of talent management and organizational development accountabilities
Minimum Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to link complex concepts and develop effective solutions
• Must be able to multi-task and manage work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Effective relationship management and business acumen required, modeling sound reasoning, problem solving and judgement in varying situations
• Ability to consult and influence without direct line authority and oversight
• Must possess a strong understanding of talent management and organizational development principles with the skill to effectively organize and translate training content into a well facilitated program with impact-driven results
• Excellent communication, collaboration and customer focus skills - written and oral strengths
• Should have a proven track record as a trusted advisor, modeling confidentiality and empathy as required
