Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Data and Statistical Sciences Intern for the Summer of 2024. This full-time position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week. They will be accountable for collaborating and working under the guidance of the Director of Statistical Innovation on innovative statistical research, developing new methodologies, conducting cutting edge research in pharmaceutical statistics, statistical analysis plan, and statistical analysis.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience:

  • Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited graduate PhD program with a concentration in biostatistics or related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in statistical programming including but not limited to SAS and R.
  • Preferred skills or traits: Programming skills in SAS and R. Independent, self-starter, innovator, astute researcher, good communication skills, and team player. Knowledge of clinical trials.
