Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is seeking IT Asset Management Specialist (Contract) as part of the IT team based in Somerset, New Jersey.

Role Overview

Responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of IT hardware and software within biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the IT Asset Lifecycle from the ordering process through the disposal process of IT hardware and
    software.
  • Identify, oversee and manage renewals of IT subscription and managed services contracts, control usage.
  • Work closely with IT Procurement and Legal department on procurement and Legal processes including Supplier Qualification Assessment and contract review.
  • Facilitate quarterly IT inventory counts of all stocked hardware and software.
  • Ensure compliance with IT supplier contracts.
  • Ensure IT Asset Policy, Process and conformance.
  • Help to eliminate waste and increase efficiency by making recommendations for the best use of existing IT
    assets.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of IT hardware and inventory control at multiple sites.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with IT Business Partners, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Internal Audit team to ensure alignment to corporate standards and policies.
  • Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by IT Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Technology, Data Analysis or business related fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT asset management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of IT assets, including
    procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal a plus.
  • IT Asset Risk Assessment experience is a plus.
  • ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB/SAM/HAM related certifications a plus.
  • ITIL certifications a plus.
  • Experiences in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Capable of maintaining IT Asset inventory and managing full
    lifecycle of IT assets.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and changing environment.
  • Ideal candidates should be adept communicators, able to
    provide guidance to non-technical users and ask questions that
    accurately and efficiently determine stakeholder needs.
  • The candidate should have a strong desire for continuous
    learning and improvement, and the ability to quickly learn and
    adapt to new technologies and concepts.
