Overview

Under general supervision, the Recruiting Coordinator provides day to day administrative recruiting support for the HR department. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing resumes, assisting with sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel as well as candidate transport, assisting with posting positions to job boards, maintain social media platforms and other administrative recruiting & HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Requires two years post high school education plus 2 years' experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role or administrative support position managing high-volume coordination; or equivalent combination of directly related education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skill and abilities have been attained.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

Recruiting experience and working with applicant tracking systems preferred.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office environment. Will operate standard office equipment and will frequently stand, walk, sit, perform desk-based computer tasks, use a telephone, perform repetitive motions and occasionally lift objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.

Salary
